Basalt

From a time when volcano's were active in our region, lava from deep within the earth, flowed across the landscape like a river pushing and rolling molten rock and forming the unique natural forms we now have as a resource available for enhancing our own created landscapes. Basalt rocks unique rounded shapes, earthy red colouring and pocked surfaces, suit earth retaining walls, Clustered as garden features, ornamental waterfalls and garden edging.
